"We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked."

"Outstanding!"

"I understand the need for renovations but when you’re room doesn’t have a desk or a chair should you be charging $189 for a room. The bathroom was nicely remodeled but I had to put my suitcase on the bathroom counter because there was no luggage stand (or desk) to put it on. I stayed there several times before the renovation began and always enjoyed my stays. Not this time! I have back issues and sitting on a chair eases my back pain. These renovations have been going on for over a year and...

"Room was spotless. Laundry on site, affordable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious."

"I was honestly pretty nervous after reading so many bad reviews before my stay. But now that I’m here, it’s really fine! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gets the job done and serves our needs well. My only real complaint is the parking lot. I came back pretty late from dinner last night and couldn't find a single open spot. Assuming there’s at least one space per room, management really needs to make sure only registered guests are parking there."

"Need to do something about the people hanging out in the parking lot partying/drinking"

"This property is fairly new, well maintained, great amenities and a friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again, hopefully soon."

"My only complaint was the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor."

"Great service and hotel"

"Rudest staff i have ever encountered."
