"We arrived later in the evening as we were traveling long distance. We arrived at the hotel and was told that the room we booked was not available. We booked a 2 queen room as we are traveling 3 adults and 2 children. We were told that they only had single bed room available and nothing else. If we booked in advance for the room, how was it not available? We had to go out and buy an air mattress for our single night stay.

"Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Had a major issue when we were told to evacuate in the middle of the night for 4 hours. Poor communication from the hotel staff. We were left sleeping in our car. The rest of our two days were without hot water, cold showers. Did not feel hotel management cared about us as guests. No follow-up after the incident. Would not recommend if you want a hotel with good communication and customer service."
