"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe at all—it seemed to be in a part of town with a large number of homeless individuals and people clearly struggling with drug use, which made the environment unsettling. There were also renovations happening late into the evening, past 9 PM, which made the hotel very noisy. The most concerning part was people walking very close to our window late at night and making strange noises, which made us feel...

"Checked in late at night and key didnt work to get into room. Went to front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. It was terrible. Super hot in the room, no towels and super dirty and run down. Tried to get some sleep as we only needed to stay 7 hours. Went to get into bed and found bed bug eggs. Left right away."

"The cleanliness of our room could have been better. I found a bug wondering near the coffee brewer while I was getting ready. You can tell in the bathroom area that they do just a quick sweep type of cleaning due to some marks in the shower area and the toilet. It is located in the outer part of downtown Phoenix, not exactly in the center of downtown. Many homeless people roaming around in the nearby streets. It is also located across a grill/bar/club. "The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff is nice and very accommodating. But…. Please be aware that the location is across the street from businesses and a sports bar. The hotel parking was VERY limited and many times people going to the bar would take up the spots. We were told there were designated spots in the ramp garage across the street. That was very disappointing and irritating since it required going up and down stairs...
