"Great breakfast, super friendly front desk staff "

"The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well...

"We came down from Massachusetts for a wedding. I reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told that I have a room with 2 full beds, and was also told that the hotel didn’t have any queen beds…but online I specifically reserved queen beds. After proving that I reserved queen beds. The girl at the front desk then tells me that the hotel does have queen beds but “they were not clean”. So which one was it? You do or don’t have queen beds? When we got into our room it was terrible....

"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

"Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. "

"Four fabulous days. I didn't try the breakfast, but there were quite a few places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. Everything was great"

"We enjoyed a great stay in Savannah. Hotel location made it easy to get to all locations we wanted to visit. Rooms were beautiful & fresh and the onsite parking garage was very convenient."

"Clean rooms."

"Parking was easy and no additional cost so I appreciated that. Staff was so nice and helpful. Shopping nearby. My only complain per se is my air conditioning unit kept making a sound and the couch and curtains were pretty dirty in my room. And the lighting wasn’t great since it was only lamps. Not a major deal since I was only in it but so much but definitely doesn’t make it feel worth spending the amount we did for 2 nights. "

"Checked in around 5 PM, greeted and promptly checked into room 308, the room was in top condition and pretty clean. I enjoyed the pool and fireplace amenity, alongside the comfortable bed and engaging TV. When I checked out I was charged for parking even though I did not have one there, but the issue was quickly resolved. Would stay here again 👍"

"Room was very clean and well stocked. Sheets and pillows very clean. Room had a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient and helped us save money on snacks and drinks because we brought our own. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bar/Restaurant staff were amazing. Good food, especially the burger. Only a few miles from the historic district. Plenty of parking too. "
