"I was told by the clerk when I checked out that this property had been sold and the new owners were trying to fix the property. She apologized for the problems we had… but was not really very sincere. Breakfast was ok, included scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, link sausage, waffles, bread for toast, 3 different mini muffins, one pastry, apples and oranges as well as oatmeal and 3 different dry cereals. Our room had a broken phone, carpet that was frayed, wallpaper in the bathroom was actually...

"This is an older building with lots of "land-lord-specials" to try to cover repairs and update the building. The pipes vibrated and rumbled when we took showers, which others had complained about to management while we were sitting in the lobby. The staff were all friendly and tried to be accommodating but the pipe situation was throughout the building. The room was fairly clean but the bedding did have stains (bright blue and pink). The pool was gross and supported many removed bandaids on...

"The room was very clean, it was useful with a full refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, and microwave. However, it was so noisy. You could hear every time other guests down our hall closed their door to their room loudly all through the night. You could hear people’s conversations from the hall even though our door was closed. You could hear footsteps of the people above our room. And then there was the noise from the street, we were close to a busy street and you could hear the traffic till late...

"Desk clerk ,Oda Mae, was very nice! Breakfast was freah but only warm. The only complaint we have is that there is not any ventilation in the bathroom. Any smell permeates out into the room!"
