"Amazing!!! The casita was adorable and the grounds were very pretty! The staff were very helpful. My only advice is to not risk your life by ever turning left onto Highway 1 from the property entrance. There is no visibility for oncoming traffic which will be coming toward you at a very high rate of speed, so much safer just to take a right and make a U-turn in a safe spot down the road. This only applies to exiting the property. This was a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely recommend and...

"Although this property does not have an onsite restaurant/ so no room service… I can honestly say this hotel has nicer accommodations than the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco!!! The bathroom was absolutely fantastic - huge stand alone bathtub, giant shower with a bench, heated floors!!! I was extremely disappointed with the level of noise that woke me up on vacation at 7:30am (or so)....lawn mowing or blowing, garbage pickup, etc. Is there no town noise ordinance near a luxury hotel?"

"A beautiful and quiet country hotel that blends in with nature! The hotel has lots of plants and flowers, is easy to find, has convenient parking, is pet-friendly and has waterproof mats and sheets for pets. "We loved staying here and absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody looking to spend time in the Carmel/Monterey area. This hotel is a bit up the street from the main shopping area, which is nice if you want somewhere quiet. We liked that breakfast was included as a picnic basket delivered to the room each morning; much better than having to find breakfast in town each day! The woman who checked us in was particularly friendly and helpful - when we told her we would not need the basket...
