"Stuff is what makes this place , could use a good carpet cleaning , bathroom decent , do not understand the tubs , very tall hard to get into , could use a little " facelift ", breakfast good , nice view from the dining room , good choice of cold and hot items , 5 stars for super nice personnel, 4.5 stars for breakfast , 4 stars overall"

"Vi hadde et fint opphold på Novatel. Vi var en familie på 4 stk som var her på 4 overnattinger. Flott tilrettelagt for familier. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme, frokost var god og bra beliggenhet på selve hotellet. Vi anbefaler andre til å oppleve hotellet."

"Lovely hotel and extremely handy for the airport. Would definitely come back"

"A great place to stay. Always clean and great staff"

"Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliches aufmerksames Personal. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche am Morgen war etwas schwach, liegt aber daran wenn zu viele im Hotel gleichzeitig Duschen."

"In Poznan to see Sunderland play Lech Poznan. Fantastic experience start to finish. Wish we’d stopped for longer than two nights. Hotel perfect location in the old town. Cheap uber from airport. Food hall next door which is worth a visit. Old square less than five mins walk away. Worth going down to sauna in hotel, brand new and don’t think anyone knew about it. Reception staff lovely. Thank you for a wonderful trip."

"Well-designed, lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. Beautiful Italian restaurant with great authentic dishes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel very welcome. Lots of breakfast choices, hot or cold. Eggs and omelettes made to order. Overall we had a wonderful stay."

"Beautiful hotel just a few steps away from the central place with lots of restaurants and Bars nearby. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast items. We recommend this hotel!"

"Affordable, clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the main square and convenient to public transportation. They have a great breakfast buffet, well worth making reservations with breakfast included."

"Wonderful hotel. Clean & spacious rooms, staff friendly & helpful. Outstanding breakfast! Walking distance to train station, old town & the famous old brewery mall. Bakery on site. This was our second time staying at Mercure in Poznan. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great apartment that is conveniently located one minute from the main square. The apartment was roomy and had a couple double bed. The shower room was clean and tidy. The host was very helpful. I recommend it."

"Struttura nuova, personale forse con poca esperienza e pessimo inglese. Palestra poco attrezzata, necessita di manutenzione, probabilmente perché quanto utilizzato è stato “riciclato” da strutture precedenti. Per lavoro va bene,"

"Plenty of free parking. Excellent quality breakfast with lots of options. Beds comfortable. Quiet area. Supermarket and pharmacy next door. 15 mins to airport. Nothing to complain about except maybe have few more hangers in the wardrobes."

"Hotel ok but very noisy"

"Flot rent værelse. Virkelig god morgenmad"

"Very clean staff were polite and efficient location is good 👍"
