"The staff was very friendly upon check in. Unfortunately the odd numbered rooms are facing the interstate and the hotel has done nothing to mitigate the sound from the interstate. In fact it sounded as though we were sleeping with the windows open, which we were not. Also, the room phone Rand multiple times between 4:00 am and 5:30 am."

"This property is close to the expressway hence easy access as well as some unavoidable road noise. Plenty of on-site free parking. Airport is short drive away. There's a pool and gym. Coffee is available at the lobby. Rooms with locker, fridge, but no coffee machine. Beds are with nice mattress and clean sheets. Breakfast is Continental. Has good amount of seating area in the lobby. Staff is OK, but didn't find that welcoming."

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

"Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

"Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy."

"I liked the fact that everyone was very respectful and polite. And that when it was time to checkout the house keepers weren't rude or snappy. And when I needed extra towels, I just had to call the front desk and then someone brought them to my room."
