"家族3人でファミリースイートに泊まりました。部屋は綺麗でエアコンもしっかりしており、とても清潔でした。シャワーの水圧も十分でした。
プラカノン駅からすぐ近くなので、電車で直ぐに観光に行けて便利でした。
駅近ですが、夜は意外に静かで車の音はあまり気にならなかったです。
共用のキッチンにあった軽食も少しだけ頂きましたが美味しかったです。共用のランドリー(ドラム式、乾燥機は別にある)が自由に使えて洗濯も便利でした。洗濯機の表記が英語とタイ語で設定に苦戦してたら、スタッフさんが助けてくれました。
エスカレーターがなく、大きなスーツケースを部屋に運ぶのと降ろすのが大変でしたが、それ以外は不満な点はなく、パーフェクトでした。日本人の方が泊まっても満足度が高いホテルだと思います。"

"I absolutely loved everything! I was upgraded to suite on 38th floor with the best views. The rooms were clean, newly furnished what a dream. Pool was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will come back!
From my experience as I stayed in other 5 star hotels which were double the price and unfortunately surprised how outdated they were this hotel is amazing!!! The location is great as well. "

"隣にサウナがあり、使用勝手がとても良かった。洗濯機が不調だったがすぐに入れ替えてくれ、対応が迅速であった。
トイレの洗浄水が弱く流れが悪かった。部屋にタイ独特の臭いが少し気になった。
レセプションの対応も良く、その他設備も良かったので、快適に過ごせた。
