The lobby and room and hallways are spotless. Very good breakfast, with good options. Very kind staff. Quiet room, although the bed was a little soft for my preference. Overall a very good experience. Would stay again.

The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath.
