Discover your perfect retreat at this stunning waterfront home on Lake Wequaquet. This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. residence offers six bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the stylist decorated living, dining and kitchen areas, designed for comfort and connection.
Step outside to enjoy the serene lake views from your private dock, perfect for taking a refreshing swim. In the evenings, gather around the wood exterior fire pit to share stories under the stars. Kayaks are also available, inviting you to explore the calm waters at your leisure.
* Location: Prime waterfront property on beautiful Lake Wequaquet.
* Size: Approximately 3,000 sq. ft of living space
* Private dock: Direct Lake access
* Outdoor Amenities: Wood exterior fire pit for cozy evenings, kayaks included within rental price for exploring the lake. Guest must supply own firewood/firestarters
*Any rental of equipment(s) must be picked up or returned to vendor one day before check out.
*No Pets, No Parties and No Events. No tents/canopies allowed on-site and pitched.
*Maximum of 10 people onsite at all times.
*If any watercraft is docked on site an additional security deposit of $1,200 is required. This security deposit is in addition to the normal security deposit of $1,000 to rent this house on a weekly basis.
*We do not approve early check ins. If the house is ready early, we will contact you.
*Listing is not part of any HOA. Usage of any HOA amenities are not permitted.

If you get a chance to book - YOU SHOULD!

We have come up many times to visit family and this was by far the BEST stay! The house location was easy to access and in a safe quaint area. The view and yard were perfect to relax and look at or be active and enjoy. There was a bunch ok kayaks and other fun items to play with and we even left some fishing poles. The house itself was amazing! It was SO OPEN! The rooms were great, there was a ping pong table that was a big hit, the AC's worked great and the layout was perfect for young and old! The hospitality and communication might have been one of the best parts! There was a great starter pack and you can see how it was all thought out! We enjoy trying different properties but this one is going to be a keeper going forward!

Really lovely cottage

My husband and 2 1/2 year old triplets stayed at the house with our close friends and two of their teenaged sons. The house was really lovely, even though the pictures make the rooms look larger. The set up was fine as each family could have a floor. We wish the downstairs bathroom was a stand alone and not part of the laundry room but we made it work. If they could only get another bathroom in the house it would have been perfect for us. This is a great home and one of the best locations on the lake. The views were spectacular. We recommend this for families of all ages to have a relaxing well equipped and furnished home.

Great vacation rental

This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. The host has thought of every detail and it made our stay so enjoyable. The location was great and the backyard and lake are amazing. Loved staying here and would definitely come back

Lakeside retreat

This impressive property has beautiful views of the lake and an amazing backyard! The owner was very responsive and gave us a list of things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations which we used a lot. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great Cape Cod Vacation Spot!!!

THIS IS THE BEST VACATION HOUSE WE HAVE RENTED!!!. The property is far nicer in person that what is listed on line. The location is fabulous in a quiet peaceful part of the lake. The views are breathtaking, the house is well laid out, the common areas and kitchen are large, open and great for a large family to gather and relax. We were very impressed with all the amenities that the host provided. The kitchen is well equipped as well as the outdoors (games, kayaks, firepit and plenty of outdoor seating). Also the 2 gift bags we received upon arrival as well as soft music playing as we entered the house were much appreciated. Finally I cant say enough about our gracious host Joan. She was very attentive to any issue we had and communicated regularly with us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot on the Cape!

Lake house stay august 2023

We had a lovely stay at the lake side house. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of nice touches and attention to all the important details and amenities. The lake is peaceful and view from the house and property are stunning. We used the kayaks and fire pit. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. There was enough seating for a large family to eat comfortably both indoors and out on the deck. The bedrooms were also nicely decorated and beds were all very comfortable. The host was very thoughtful and responsive to anything we needed. We just loved everything about it!

Great holiday!

Beautiful house in a lovely location - close to amenities but very secluded and quiet. Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time using the kayaks - perfect! We visit from the UK and this was our tenth time on the Cape, and this was probably the nicest property we have stayed in! Thank you Joan for a lovely experience.

Family vacation : 3 generations

The house was DIVINE and Joan is an awesome host. She thought of everything and had clear, easily available directions for every element of the house.We arrived to two bags of gifts of everything from shampoo to sunburn care, as was as dish soap and laundry detergent (and a special extra treat). The house is modern and well decorated with amazing views to enjoy all day. There are so many nooks and crannies to sit in during the day and a tv per person at night: extravagant! As advertised, the downstairs area was perfect for our teen kids, where they played games to their hearts' content at night and their noise didn't bother us upstairs! The kitchen is well stocked with every plate and serving dish you need, extra spices and plastic bags. It could not be easier. The lake is pristine and is warm and inviting either for a day "at home" or after an outing. We enjoyed the kayaks on the lake several times but didn't even get to the larger parts which are available to explore. There are two fire pits, a wonderful hammock, comfy chairs and a dock. The lake is rocky bottomed, so water shoes with traction are advised. Once you get in you won't want to get out. Overall a wonderful experience we would easily consider repeating.

Great Trip to the Cape

We had a great time on the cape! The home was beautiful and nicely decorated. The arrival gifts were a nice touch and appreciated. The living area and kitchen were open to fit our large group. The best part of the house was the back yard! Plenty of seating and access to the lake was perfect for the kids. We also enjoyed both fire pits! I would recommend this home to others.

Perfect Place on The Cape

This place exceeded our expectations which were pretty high to begin with! The property is fantastic with great views of the lake and a backyard that had everything you could ask for. The ability to sit around the fire pit or go on a quick kayak trip were great. Little details like including shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with coffee and tea were great. Really liked walking into the house to relaxing music playing. It was a nice touch. Joan (host) was fantastic to deal with and answered all of questions quickly. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back here when coming to the Cape again!

A "must stay" property!

I was a little nervous to book originally, as there weren't any reviews yet. But the host was fantastic, very responsive and provided all the information needed (including pictures of amenities) so we decided to reserve the property. I'm SO GLAD we did. The house was immaculate, the owners go out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience for their guests - even leaving two full bags of brand new supplies/toiletries for the week. Best host experience I've ever had. And then the house. The lake view was GORGEOUS. We all fought over the hammock. S'mores on the fire pit. Coffee on the chairs outside. Kayaks to use. The property was just amazing, inside and out. It's also the perfect set up for teenagers traveling with their family. The downstairs was the teen area and the upstairs was for adults. We were able to come together when we wanted and have separate space as well. I'm more than happy to recommend Lakeside (although I'm a little worried it will be harder for me to book once this 'secret' is out!) :)
