Spend the day on the water, take a ride to Splish Splash, Riverhead Aquarium or even a petting zoo! It is minutes away from the town of Center Moriches and is about 15 minutes from the Hamptons and sits right in-between two of the most beautiful beaches on Long Island, “Smith Point Beach and Cupsogue Beach”. Wonderful Restaurants are minutes from the property and we also offer a full list of many many more in the surrounding area! Any shoppers? Take a ride to the great Tanger Mall and spend the day in the sunshine shopping at great stores! Wineries galore! Beautiful oasis

This home is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. The house is even better than the pictures and all the amenities for the kids are so much fun. Beautiful view of the water with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. John was an amazing host with letting us borrow some things we forgot and when our kids wanted to make S’mores he came to the rescue and made them sticks. Don’t think twice about booking this house!!

Great cottage with amenities.

Stayed here last minute for funeral. The place was clean and had some nice amenities for the kids. I really appreciated that owner sprays for ticks as Im really paranoid about that. Very accommodating and nice host.

Modern house for a small family

Modern, stylish house that has been recently renovated. Well kept, very clean and has a nice location in a quiet residential area. House is located next to the owner's house but there is enough privacy.

Suggestions

Lovely! The curious thing is there were no closet racks for hanging clothes in the smaller bedroom. Another suggestion is that old cookware that once had intact Teflon-type coating be replaced due to possibility of ingesting loose coating particles. Last suggestion is to put more hand towels in the bathrooms: one towel for multiple users isn't enough. We were happy to wash what we used. Everything else was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home and location are beautiful with great amenities, especially for kids. The host was extremely nice and welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. If we are in the area again, we would visit this place again.

Perfect stay!

The cottage is absolutely lovely and comfortable. Everything is new and immaculate. The cottage is right on the water and the views are beautiful. We liked this place a lot. Hopefully, will be back.
