"The room we had wasn’t great - no view and a weird closet (the bar to hang clothes was below our waist) but it was clean and served its purpose. It was close to the cruise port and had a shuttle but we were concerned because the luggage was piled high in the back with no safety netting. If the driver had to slam on the brakes, the people in the back could have been seriously injured! Mt he dining area was very nice - overlooked the marina. "

"When arriving the checkin line was out the door. Which would be fine but the staff was taking 20-30 minutes per person to check in. Took over an hour to get checked in. Once checked in the room seemed clean but the air conditioning did not work and the faucet was broken in the bathroom. Since the room was staying at 75-80 and didn’t want to stand in line again we just stayed in the room. Also trying to call the front desk resulted in the phone just ringing with no answer. This location is also perfect- close to restaurants and grocery store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat "

"We generally stay at Marriott, but tried out the Hyatt this time. After this stay, I think we might switch to staying at Hyatt for our future vacations. The staff, amenities and cleanliness were so much better than Marriott. Scarlett at the front desk was amazing and really helped make our stay great. "Overall it was a great location. Not very many places to eat around lunch time. But I would like to mention is the quality of the food. Less options, but better quality. The batter for the waffles was really messy, not enough toasters, too many people in a small room. The coffee was delicious and great! I'll def stay here again. Thank you"

"Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting."
