"The rooms are really dated and need some cosmetic improvements. The ice machine on the first 3 floors did not work so you have to travel to floors 4-8 for ice. The floors in the bathroom and kitchenette were sticky and our house shoes were sticking to the floors. Breakfast was way overpriced so we had to leave for food in the morning. Self parking is 3 blocks away and $12 per day with no in and out privileges. Minimal accommodations."

"My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved. "The parking was a real problem, explanation at the time of booking was minimal at best. I couldn’t even get to the valet because of some concert event. I packed in the lot next door to the hotel which said $10.00 overnight and turned out to be $50 for 5 hours, then had to retrieve my car out by midnight and valet it it with the hotel to get charged another $57. I will never stay there again it was a horrible experience Tom"

"From the moment we stepped on the property, EVERYONE was helpful!! We didn't want a room on the 1st floor and the manager moved us WITHOUT question. Room was clean. Property is close and walked to the Falls. Make sure to include 2 adult breakfasts during your online reservations. Good restaurants nearby. PARKING FREE and on the Property. The pools were really nice. One pool inside and out. The jacuzzi WAS AMAZING!!! MUST COME BACK to this hotel."
