"I enjoyed my time at the hotel. We did upgrade and change rooms due to wanting a bigger bed. That was all taken care of before we got there. The innkeeper gave us a tour of the hotel and was very knowledgeable. of the history of the island and recommendations of what I was looking for. There is an oversized swing on the porch that I took a nap on. I loved this hotel, and the bar, and the restaurant. I loved the toiletries in the room. "

"this is a very charming “old Florida” hotel that is 160 years old. It has withstood many hurricanes and weather issues over the years but remains a “grand old lady” in the heart of Cedar Key. The restaurant offers excellent dining choices for dinner only. I will definitely be staying there again in the future."
