Welcome to Turtle Dovin', Unit 4F! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning open-water views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

We had a great time at your condo. The layout and waterfront view made our stay quite enjoyable. Since we selected the top floor, we had lots of steps. But at 75, I am proud to say I made it! Thank you for the daily follow-ups to make sure we were comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying here. I have been to Cedar key eight times in the last 10 years and this was by far my favorite place to stay. It’s perfect. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. You will see dolphins every day, sometimes multiple dolphins at the same time. The property is located on what feels like a secluded cul-de-sac, while just being two or three minute walk form downtown, resturants, shops, and the beach that has a kids park right next to it. If you have young people with you, it’s perfect cause the pool is just a few steps out the door with the beach in the park right next to each other. The condo is also set up very nice and very clean, with a balcony that has a million dollar view. Can’t wait to come back to this condo and beautiful island. No matter what your thing is, kayaking, Bird or dolphin watching, reading, family time, food, local art, local pubs, and wine. This property has it all and the fun is just a few steps away.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was well stocked, the hosts were highly responsive with communication, the hot tub was warm, the pool was great, the views from the balcony were spectacular, and we had an absolutely amazing time. We will for sure be back.

The owners are quick to respond about payment but not the lack of cleanliness

My friends and I stayed over the weekend and while I've always enjoy my stays at Finnimore, I was disappointed this trip. For starters, there were poop stains in the toilet by the front door and there was mold in the refrigerator. I suppose both could have been overlooked but then we noticed the wall above the stove was covered in dust bunnies. "Small" dirty things just make you start looking for bigger things, like the rat feces in the cabinets. We visited for the oyster festival but knew it was supposed to rain all weekend so we brought food to cook. Also there was not an oven mitt to be found. We used a hand towel and my friend burnt her hand over it. Also, the stove burners were super uneven. It looks like the burners had been replaced and maybe the bowls underneath them as well but the fit was awful, making them lopsided. Trying to balance pots and pans on the uneven burners was quite the hazard. I cut my toe pretty badly and could not find a pack of bandaids or a first aid kit anywhere. Luckily my friends just happened to have a few in their truck. I'm glad there was a fire extinguisher available but no first aid kit? When there's no hospital nearby? This is the first condo I've stayed in that didn't even have have a box of bandaids. All in all, we enjoyed a chance to be out of town and to fellowship with friends on the gulf. I hope for the next visitors, they don't need a can opener, oven mitts, a first aid kit, or need to cook on crooked stove burners.

Much needed getaway

Property location was perfect for biking all over town and within walking distance to shops. Kayaks could easily be stored safely and launched nearby. A few items such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and coffee were not provided upon arrival to the rental, but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. Realtors have been informed so those can be provided for future guests. It was a fantastic weekend overall.
