Come cozy up next to the fireplace at our contemporary condo centrally located

First floor fully renovated contemporary condo unit located on the 18th hole of Sugarloaf, The Old Course. We also rent a studio that is next to this rental so you may book both if you need room for two more! The condo is located 1 mile from Good Harbor Beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets, and bonfires. The condo is near The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the villages of Glen Arbor, Fishtown-Leland, Lake Leelanau, and Suttons Bay. Bike trails, local shops, wineries, golf courses, charter fishing, rock hunting, ski resorts, and tasty restaurants are some of the highlights of things to do in the area.
The condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City.

The condo includes a large bedroom with a new King Tempur-Pedic bed and a his and hers walkthrough closet with an attached laundry room. In the bedroom there is also an attached full bathroom that has a tiled shower with multiple heads and body sprays and a heated tile floor. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, bakeware and brand new appliances. The living room has a 55” TV, sofa, sitting chair, and open concept dining table and butlers pantry. There is also a deck off the living room a few feet from the golf course that has a grill and bistro table and chairs. On the entryway there is a covered porch with a bench. Security camera in use at entry door.

We stayed here for a few nights in October for a short fall getaway, and we really enjoyed it. The property is in a great location for hiking, wineries, and access to activities in Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The condo was squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

It's a perfect vacation condo for two. Plenty of choices nearby for hiking, wineries, dining and shopping, with lovely fall scenic drives in between. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home away from home is lovely and well stocked if you want to just stay in. Jacqueline, the host, was so easy to work with. We will be back.

We came up for a relaxing weekend and got just that. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and very well stocked with everything you need. It was close to the things we wanted to do in the area and located in a very beautiful and quiet setting. Leave your worries at home, you won’t need them here! The property manager was very easy to deal with. We will definitely come back!

It was luxurious, spotless, and designed with comfort in mind. From the cozy living spaces to the fully equipped kitchen, we felt like we were staying in a five-star resort. The attention to detail made all the difference! Our hostess was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently stayed for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. Not only is this condo full of high-end finishes, the host goes above and beyond to provide little surprises and personal touches. Beautiful and comfortable newly renovated condo. Bed is exquisite! Lots of amenities, every kitchen gadget, cookware, bakeware imaginable. Hosts have done an amazing job to make their guests not want for anything. Very nice beach only a couple of miles away. Close to Fishtown, Glen Arbor and lots of wineries. We would love to stay again on another Northern Michigan getaway.
