Please note: The driveway is on a mountain incline. Once inside the home, a flight of stairs leads to the main living level, so the property may not be ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

Please note: There are no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We intentionally keep the sleeping spaces screen-free, encouraging guests to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy a more restful mountain getaway. The home's TV is located in the main living room for gathering together.

Located on the upper level, these two cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring.

PET FRIENDLY:

We happily welcome up to 2 dogs per stay! A $40 pet fee per dog, per reservation applies.

To help keep the home comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you:

• Bring your own food and water bowls
• Use your own blankets or pet bedding if your pup will be on the furniture or beds. This helps us keep the home as clean as possible for future guests, especially those with allergies.

Please note that the home does not have a yard, so dogs will need to be walked in the neighborhood for bathroom breaks. We kindly ask that all pet waste is picked up.

PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS:

As our guest, you're welcome to enjoy private Lake Arrowhead access! If you'd like to use the lake during your stay, please reach out before your arrival so we can add your name to our guest access list. Access is not added automatically and must be requested in advance.

Your guest pass includes access to the scenic lakeside trail and designated beach clubs.

Please note:

• Guest passes are required and must be requested before your stay.
• This property does not include a private dock or boat access.
• Personal boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and other watercraft are not permitted on Lake Arrowhead.

If you're looking to bring your own boat, Big Bear Lake is approximately 45 minutes away and offers public boat launches.
