Located just across the street from the Giant Steps ski lodge, this condo is a perfect haven for skiers and snowboarders seeking a comfortable and stylish place to stay during the winter season.





As you enter the condo, you will be welcomed by a warm and cozy living room with plush sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for snuggling up after a day on the slopes. The fully furnished kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for your group, and the dining room area comfortably seats all guests, providing a perfect setting for a group dinner or board game night.





The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, with a plush mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, with its own private bathroom with modern fixtures and a shower/tub combo. The room also has a TV, providing a perfect retreat for guests who want to unwind with their favorite shows. The secondary bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with a TV, and there is a loft area accessible by a ladder, which has one full bed and two twin-sized beds, providing ample sleeping space for all guests.





The private deck outside the condo is a perfect spot for guests to soak up the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains while enjoying a delicious BBQ meal cooked on the propane grill. THE HOT WATER HEATER IS A SMALL UNIT DUE TO WHERE IT HAS TO BE LOCATED. STAGGERING SHOWERS AND DISHWASHER USE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If you bring a pet against policy rules, you will be charged a $250 pet fee penalty.
