Luxurious Penthouse Unit in Cebu City !

The best thing about my apartment is it has the best view in town. It is the largest Penthouse unit with 147 sq meters of living space.The balcony allows you to relax with fresh air and enjoy the view of the city with a mountain backdrop. And of course a glass of wine does not hurt. The apartment has 2 separate bedroom and is close to everything: malls, restaurants, banks, hospitals and etc..
The space
The apartment is located on the Penthouse floor(27th floor) of the building. The building itself has the following features: Close Circuit TV ,Automatic Generator Set, Automatic Sprinkler System ,Internet Connection,Video Intercom,5 High-Speed elevators,Swimming pool,Multi-level basement parking,24 Hrs doorman.The unit is pretty spacious and you wont feel claustrophobic. The height from floor to ceiling is 16 feet.The apartment has an appealing mix of wood, glass, chrome and stainless steel in its interiors, creating a fascinating look modern look.It also has wall to floor glass windows for a panoramic view of the city.The kitchen is complete with everything you need.Double door fridge,coffee maker,microwave,induction cook top, oven to roast and bake.There are 2 bedrooms,One is with King size bed,ensuite bath with Jacuzzi, the other bedroom has queen size bed.Living area has comfy sofa that can also be converted as additional bed, Big 3D television in the living room,It has a bar area for you to entertain your guest,The dining area has glass top table and can sit up to 6 people.The Balcony view is awesome!At night, its the best spot to relax with a bottle of beer. We made this apartment baby friendly and it has a crib and bottle sterilizer.
Guest access
Guest have free access to the swimming pool .
Gym access is Php 200 per day.
