Never got housekeeping once while we were there. We were there on our honeymoon and we were told we would be getting champagne and they never brought that to us. Beachside Resort & Residences
We did not have a view and the elevator wasn't working. Front desk not as welcoming as he could be. Check out couldn't print a receipt, only email and because we booked thru Hotels. Com they could not even give us a total price for the stay.

Havana Cabana at Key West
Pool atmosphere and Mojitos Bar were pleasant. Employees were kind to assist throughout the resort! Shuttle dude, Mario, very friendly and well -versed about the Keys!
