"Excellent location. The host is awesome. Check in included a tour of the room, ammenities & an offer of help with our luggage. We went with the split level appartment which was great but you need to carry your bags up stairs. Location is close to the beach, shops & restaurants."

"This hotel is across the street from the huge, beautiful Hagley Park and Botanic Gardens and in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within a couple of blocks walk. It is a top tier yet affordable hotel. The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. I have a dairy restriction and this breakfast is very accommodating. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and free. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of...

"Basic but nice. Friendly, helpful check in, showing us where all the amenities were on our way to our room. Everything was reasonably clean and tidy. We enjoyed the free access to the dining area to make a coffee and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The chiller in the hotel was a bit noisy during the night turning on and off."

"The hotel location is fine, but anywhere in Christchurch city will be close to everything there. I stayed in a 'club room' which was very ordinary and in need of some improvement. Worst of all was the club lounge - terrible location and atmosphere, and a complete waste of money unless you're there only for the free evening drinks. The evening canapes were so ordinary and almost exactly the same every evening. The club floor breakfast was ridiculous - cereal, dried fruit, salami, cold ham and...

"Such a lovely stay. Clean tidy and very quiet. Beautifully decorated. Modern fresh clean feel woth everything you need. Washing machine and dryer. Iron. Heaps of space. Warm, dark curtains. Spacious. Lovely owner and super relaxed setting. Will def stay again!"

"Lovely accomodations and hosts. This is a true B&B where the property and grounds are an attraction on its own. With beautiful and rare artwork, decor, gardens, flora and sensible amenities such as wine, snacks, and sunscreen. We brought some items and were happy to leave for other guests to enjoy since we were flying out the next day. Our hosts were just as accommodating with thoughtful conversation and recommendations. And breakfast was artfully displayed with eggs made to order."

"Such good value and totally recommend for a stay close to cbd Always clean and cosy 💜"

"Lovely property"

"Staff where awesome very helpful and kol to chat with. Sadly a group came in and they messed up the bathroom and showers up stairs. It was very stressful for the staff and other guests. The children where noisy and the group guests ip all night and morning they where very noisy. But the venue was kol and the Staff where awesome. I still recommend the venue to stay at"

"yeah pretty good. my room was on level 01 which was quite noisy though as the common room is on that level and for some reason they have all the corridor doors open. i kept shutting them though when i wanted to sleep so that solved that. i'm sure some rooms don't have that ability though, which could be an issue for those. otherwise very good. Jenna looked like an old girlfriend of mine though :("

"Super friendly receptionist on arrival and helpful staff throughout our stay."

"It looks as if the place was reasently renovated. It is well decorated and furnished. TV still old. But new Skyview. Parking is right in front of unit."

"nice spot central friendly staff would recommend"

"Staff were fantastic, giving a heads up about the road works outside, before I arrived. Noise wasn't an issue at all. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Room was very clean. Great location. Would stay here again."

"Very helpful staff, clean unit and comfortable bed"
