"Outdated, ceiling tiles for a ceiling, a busted up recliner that I would dare never to sit in and beaten up doors, what looked to be with a blood stain phone for calling front desk. My only major complaint was being woken up at night by barking dogs and a lady shouting about room '420 is selling meth from their room the person in 420 is meth head." I guess you get what you pay for because it was cheap. Would I stay there again? Maybe, just not with my wife and child."

"Loved the charm of this place. It’s an old house though so comes with all of the things an old house has. Creaky floors. Super thin walls. We had our room on the main floor and could hear every single word being said by anyone in the parlor or dining room. So to the gal who was complaining at 6am in the lobby about the heat in her room… thanks for ruining both of our mornings. Beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel stay. Walkable...

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"I booked a junior suite for us in February for a stay in May. When we arrived, they told us that they had overbooked and there was not a room available for us. I would suggest avoiding this hotel unless you want your reservation canceled for no reason."

"Everything was wonderful. We had one issue during our stay that was out of anyone’s control really, but the manager quickly took action and moved us to another room, which was even better than our original room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. We would have been okay without the vouchers as we were already happy with the room change but it was a nice touch and we greatly appreciated it."

"Handicap accessible room was clean with helpful fixtures throughout for added ease of use. Coffee was the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!"

"We booked 3 hotel rooms. One of them had pubic hair on a towel. Another had a very dirty bathroom wall, dirty lamp shade, dirty carpet. You have to take your trash down to the dumpster, which isn't a huge deal but you're not told at checkout and there's nothing in the rooms, just a small sign by the elevator. The front desk staff was super great and helpful though."

"Breakfast was good, and the area was decent, though there wasn’t much going on nearby. The staff was friendly and generally helpful throughout our stay. However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."
