It was fine for the one night I stayed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the microwave and mini fridge were appreciated. I wasn't given a wifi password at check-in, and I forgot to ask. I also wasn't told where the breakfast could be found, and I never did find the room. The check-in office is around the corner from the cannabis store, but I couldn't see a room where they would serve breakfast. The biggest annoyance and main reason for the rating is the boxelder bugs. They don't bite or sting and are similar to moths, which are attracted to light. They were all over the room. Dead and alive. If I need to return to the area, I will stay somewhere else.

Its outdated, but clean. The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and water pressure. Staff was very friendly. Check in was super fast and easy.

For what it is… it is a reasonable stay, been a few times and most likely I’ll be back. Not much to do in the winter there, summer was a more enjoyable time. The staff is always pleasant and happy to see you, if you need anything they are more than happy to help.

We booked the kitchenette room (2 double beds and a kitchenette) to try to save some money by cooking our own food. When we got there they told us that they didn't have any rooms with a kitchenette and that was an online thing they haven't change yet. Thankfully, they still had a mini fridge. The prices for every room was the same so I didn't make a fuss about it. I was expecting older room/furniture and that doesn't bother us. However, the thick smell of cigarette when we enter made me think that the person that checked out the morning of most definitely smoked in the room. The smoke detector was even took off the ceiling and put in the closet! At that point, our options for places to stay were pretty limited so we went with it. Plus, if that rooms smelt this way WITH a no smoking sign on the front door, other rooms most likely smelt the same. We had one single bed and one double bed when we were supposed to have two doubles. Two strips of the blinds were just missing, so we hung one of the blankets from the bed to cover that hole (even though you could see between the blinds from the outside still). Finally, two VERY started toilet paper rolls, which I didn't mind at first cause I figured they would drop off more when they come cleaning. But I was wrong. We ended up running out and using Kleenex from our car on the last day.

The staff was excellent. The rooms are old but beyond that smelled smoky and was grimy. Carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in awhile, vacuumed yes. Doors had dirty finger prints. If this is just starting under new management I wish them the best. It is a nice location. Needs some work.

The customer service here is terrible! The door to the main office is always locked. Made checking in and out hard. The cleaning staff have no respect at all. I was walked in on when i was naked. Did not knock just walked right in. I asked several times for her to close the door and she continued talking to me. I was extremely uncomfortable and unhappy with their so called service. Absolute BS.

The property offers a continental breakfast - it was bread, milk, coffee, juice and cereal with no proper place to sit and eat; one table covered with a puzzle. But for the price of the room…I’m not gonna complain too loudly! 80 bucks for 4 people. Thats a fair price
