Great location for walking historic center between both mercati, Ballarò and Del Capoto, up to date rooms, comfy bed, a/c works well, keep in mind that the premises is in the historic center and the area has old sewer system which can cause sulfur odors at first but then dissipates.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. We will come again and definitely recommend. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic views and rooms were spacious and comfortable bed. Thank you for looking after us
