"Lovely and peaceful cottage with all amenities. Beautiful house, garden and swimming pool (even if we could not use it by the time we were there). The owner provided us with everything that we required during our stay. The only cons would be the heater that during cold weather might not be sufficient. The house also might be a bit isolated for the main Tuscany spots which on the other hand can be considered as a pro if you look for quietness. Lovely journey in beautiful Umbria, close to Gubbio...

"Great property in a great little town. We loved our morning coffee and pastries and evening wine and dinner on the rooftop patio. Gorgeous views! Easy walk to the town center with lots of choices for dining. Easy access to the train station via the bus. Only slight negative comment would be that there is no air conditioning on the first floor so not able to sit in the living during hot weather. A floor fan would help a lot. Several things in the house and the surrounding are lft behind and broken.Its better to bring with you all you need in case you won't drive the car too often. The accsess takes time and needs a careful driver Communication with agency was always very prompt.
