I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. ...

Room was clean and nicely presented. TV was not working but management sorted it out within 10mins of my call to reception. Would not recommend dining in bistro as the chicken meal I ordered was grisly, tough and chewy Unfortunatly

Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water ...

Breakfast menu was good, although half the lights in our villa were unable to be turned on. However, staff were very clear and we were helped instantly after the car was parked. Beds are also very comfy and the room was clean.
