Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City. "This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! "This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. Airco hebben we daarom zeer gewaardeerd. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Florence en Toscane. Dat goed met de auto, maar ook met de bus. House was perfect for adults with ample sitting areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms. "Villa Giotta was the perfect spot for our family trip. We stayed for 7 nights with 8 adults and 2 children. Lorenzo was very attentive to our needs and very helpful in finding transportation when we wanted to go as a group to Sienna. "Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur. Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). "Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas réussi à trouver un professionnel pour résoudre le problème de piscine dès le mardi 16...

Cerca de estación del tren y aún más de parada de bus que lleva al centro de Florencia. También ofrecen el servicio de transporte y alquiler de bicis en caso de que no quieras usar el transporte público.
