Great that breakfast was included and we also managed to get an earlier breakfast to go when we headed out for a train.
Only minor issue was the wardrobe was broken.
Staff extremely helpful and could not fault them.

Fantastic one night stay!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and relaxing! Overall would highly recommend.

Great location - very central and most tourist attractions are walkable in 30 mins. Location has lots of high end shops (like being in the Knightsbridge in London). Staff very helpful and friendly. Only real negative was breakfast was adequate, would only have it if incl. in room rate. Would do with better sound proofing on windows
