"This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For a 4 star hotel, I expect the rooms to look like the renovated pictures but most of the rooms are very outdated and mold stains everywhere. Location was good though."

"Very easy check in. Room was clean and ready for us. Desk clerk arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 AM to get us to the airport. We had a pizza at their restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced."

"Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. "Great location. We were on the 13th floor with a terrace that had an incredible view of the city, albeit in the distance. "Easy to get to, as advertised… Bus station five minute walk… 20 minutes from Venice and all the fun… Less than 10 minutes to the airport by taxi… Roberto said it was a flat €25. It was more like €28 close enough for Jazz… Great place convenient."
