Gather your loved ones and friends and escape together to this welcoming 8-bedroom house that is perfect for your escape on Norris Lake. Splash House is an 8 bedroom/8 bathroom home that sleeps 24 comfortably. It is located in the prestigious Twin Cove Marina neighborhood and includes a custom in-ground pool. Bring your boat to enjoy the lake. Your rental includes a boat slip at Twin Cove Marina. This amazing home is less than 10 miles from I-75 and less than than a mile from the marina. In addition to the pool, there is a hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and several areas inside and outside for dining and entertaining. The lower level has a pool table, outdoor ping pong table, arcade game, complete bar (full fridge and dishwasher), and a TV lounge area. The main level has a custom kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, gas cooktop and all the kitchenware and cookware essentials you will need during your stay. It is an open concept home with relaxing and spacious dining and living areas. Six of the bedrooms have ensuite baths, including the Splash Suite that also has a kitchenette and private entrance from the garage. Whether you are seeking a peaceful getaway or a place to make memories with family and friends, this gorgeous home is the perfect choice for your stay.

Family Vacation 2025

The house was exactly how it is pictured. It was perfect for our family. We had an amazing time! Owners are very responsive & helpful if you need anything during your stay. The pool and hot tub were great.

Amazing house

This house is perfect. Not only is it very spacious but it has every thing you need from glasses, plates, kid plates, cups, bowls. There is a lot of everything in this house. Plenty of games and entertainment on every floor. The pool is perfect and very clean. Little steps to get in for little ones and then it gradually goes to deeper water. We had a minor issue with the water but the host were very quick to call me and tell me how to resolve the issue. I would recommend this place to every family looking for a big house with a lot of entertainment, space, pool and more. Easily the best house we have ever stayed in.

3 generation family of 15 have been doing family vacations for 20 yrs-one of the best equipped and clean places we’ve stayed in. Owner goes above and beyond and even provided a new griddle so could make requested pancakes for grandchild birthday! Great time!

I hate to tell you how great this property is because we want to book again (3rd) time! The special extras and amenities are so nice. I appreciate the nice bedding and towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry facilities can’t be beat! We spent days at splashdown pool! And boating nearby is a plus.

This was by far the best vacation for my large family! Ann has been amazing and very quick to respond. The house was furnished beyond my expectation even down to the crock pot liners. The house is beautiful and enables multiple families to have their own space. The marina is just down the road which was very nice for our boat rental. Walmart delivers groceries and Door dash is available for food delivery. Highly recommend 10/10!

TN Vacation Escape

We were a group of 14 adults made up of friends and family that stayed together in this house. It is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Beds are so comfortable, and we all wished that we could have stayed longer.

This place has it all—- and more!

Our multi-generational family had a blast at the Splash House. The home is just beautiful and perfectly situated for Twin Cove Marina. Absolutely everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the pool and decks.

The perfect Lake Norris retreat

A beautiful, clean and spacious home! Easily accommodated our 4 families with plenty of room to roam. The kitchen was well equipped and you could find pretty much anything you needed in the home that you wouldn’t normally expect. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable and the rec room with pool table and arcade machine was a hit with the kids! Ann was for very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely plan another trip at this beautiful home!

12 adults + 8 kids (ages 1 to 10) from Pennsylvania & Missouri needed a ‘midway’ place to connect. This was perfect! Plenty of room for all, plus the little extras: linens & towels, pool towels, bathroom soaps, shampoo & conditioner, coffee pods. Also a great supply of both inside and outside dishes & cups. We spent so much time in and around the pool, which seemed designed just for our needs!

Fantastic House

We’ve rented houses before for beach vacations. This was our first experience with a Vrbo and a lake vacation. Hands down, the best rental ever. The house was perfect. Lots of space, beautiful decor, fully stocked with every amenity you could think of, plus it was immaculate (I am particular, I even checked for dust in the corners, and not a leftover crumb in the kitchen). The owners, the Trulleys, answered every question and concern with speed and accuracy. Ann was so nice. One evening, there was a power outage and we were notified immediately. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. The spacious deck was utilized by all. Being early in the season, the lake wasn’t crowded and we took advantage of it. We rented a pontoon boat and had the best time by tubing and just plain enjoying the beautiful lake. We’re positive that we will doing another lake vacation in the future.

Family Vacation

The property was everything we hoped for and even more. The owners really paid attention to details and were excellent communicators. All rooms were clean, the kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. There were plenty of garbage bags and little touches that were greatly appreciated (i.e. ice maker/ ice bags, nice washer and dryer). Signs everywhere to explain house rules. The pool was beautiful and very private! I have rented many homes across the country and this was as nice as well appointed as anything I've rented.

Amazing!!

I can't recommend this place enough! It was absolutely the perfect place for our family (8 adults, 4 kids: age 3-13) to enjoy a long weekend together! The house was clean and had literally anything and everything we could need or want. It was only 3 minutes from the marina so we had a perfect day on the lake and came home to make a fire in the pit for s'mores! The kids absolutely adored the bunk beds downstairs and we ate outside on the deck every day to enjoy the incredible surroundings. Literally everyone wished we could stay longer!

Gorgeous Home!

This is a beautiful home that serve our family exceptionally well for the Thanksgiving holiday! We had fun cooking, playing games and enjoying the view of the mountains... We had a group of 18 and it was a plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious place to create memories!

Amazing Place

This house is amazing and our entire group of 17 people agreed that is the perfect setup for a large group. Ann was excellent to work with and very responsive with any questions we had. We have to say this house and area was ecstatically enjoyable! The house was immaculate! Perfect for our family of 12. Plenty of space and rooms to spread out. We brought our boat, and our ATVs. The house came equipped with a boat slip for us to keep the boat at for the week. Just had to roll down the hill a quarter mile and we were there. We brought our golf cart because there is golf cart parking at the marina. The Cumberland WMA Property was located just a few miles away and has 170 plus miles of riding trails, hunting, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities. We made friends with a park ranger who gave us the paths and roads to navigate to all trails, No Trailering needed after arrival till departure. There are ATV approved roads and side by sides are tagged to ride on roads. House equipped appropriately for all cooking living needs! And plenty of rainy day games in house! The pool was absolutely perfect as our trip week was very hot and humid! It gave us the perfect cooling off spot and kids play. The Truelly’s have thought of pretty much everything and are perfectly supportive hosts! Thank you so much for your hospitality and opening of your house to us! We pray we did enough to help the cleaning staff spin the house for the next guest which I understand is you all! I can assure we will be back renting this property again as long as it remains as such! It’s a beautiful house and I would think it’s hard to leave this house as the homeowner!
