OceanView Right on the sea

  • OCEAN VIEW
    is located a few meters from the sea on a rocky coast directly on the Atlantic.

    The apartment is located on the upper floor in a quiet holiday home area on the cliffs.

    From the roof terrace you have a clear view of the sea.

    There are parking spaces in front of the front door in a quiet cul-de-sac. A hiking trail along the rocky coast leads in a few minutes to a bay with a sheltered and monitored sandy beach.

    A supermarket, a restaurant and a bar can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The former fishing village of Carvoeiro with numerous shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities is about 2 km away. There are good bus connections.

    The spacious and bright apartment consists of a bedroom with a new extra bed in October 2017 with a box spring mattress 200 x 180, a guest bedroom with double bed 195 x 143, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with separate dining area and a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen and a large roof terrace overlooking the sea.

    The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, heating, grill, air conditioning, WiFi hotspot, bed linen, sun loungers and a complete kitchen.

    The rental price includes final cleaning, use of bed linen, towels, satellite / TV, WiFi / hotspot, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning, as well as heating costs in the winter months (radiators / air conditioning).

    A deposit of € 150.00 will be charged.

    Suitable for: couples, families with children, overwinterers

    Max. Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 10) or 3 adults

    Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

    The Carvoeiro Sol holiday apartment below can be rented for trips with friends.

Marina de Portimão i Marina d'Albufeira són dues opcions excel·lents per a aquells que busquen unes vacances actives, però si prefereixes submergir-te en la naturalesa, Platja de Carvoeiro i Platja de Benagil són el que busques. També val la pena visitar Parc Aquàtic Slide and Splash i Aqualand Algarve. I felt so lucky to get to stay right on the ocean at this price point. I loved the trail access right out front. The space has everything one could ask for to have a great holiday in this region of the Algarve

Very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Stay in Carvoeiro

This is an excellent place to stay. The check in process was smooth. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and water! Mrs. Muller went over all the necessary details with us. We were able to make lots of small day trips from this location. The view is excellent and we really enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

An enjoyable break.

A comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The spacious roof terrace has spectacular views of the sea and coastal path. We had several walks along various sections of the scenic trail. Parking is just outside the property and we were able to explore other areas of The Algarve.

Beautiful little home right on the sea. So many advertise sea view, this home is truly on the sea with beautiful views from the windows as well as rooftop terrace. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire stay was wonderful, from the home to location, and host, it was everything we could ask for and more! Thank you! We hope to be back next year.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage. Die Badezimmer sind etwas klein, aber das ist ok. Hervorragend die Dachterrasse mit Grillkamin. Strand in 10 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell erreichbar

Enjoyed the stay very much, but would have been improved if the towels were less shabby and there had been some personal use cleaning products like shampoo. I would rent again now that I am aware of the rental limitations.

Ruhig mit traumhaftem Blick

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Wir waren über Weihnachten und hatten ein elektrisches Problem. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen. Der Blick übers Meer von der Dachterrasse ist unglaublich. War eine schöne Zeit!
