"There are several rat traps lining the hotel property. The pool was slimy and dirty. There was a long black hair on the toilet lid when we arrived. The hotel smells like cigarettes in many places and there are fragrance dispensers located in the elevator to mask the dirty, cigarette smell. The breakfast and coffee were subpar quality and we chose to eat elsewhere. The emergency plan was not posted in the room and you can see where it was torn down. "The room was clean from top to bottom. The room was well organized. A place for everything and everything in its place. The breakfast items were hot and well cooked. The scrambled eggs tasted remarkably good and the bacon was crispy, but not burnt. The staff members were very cordial and extremely helpful. My one night stay at Best Western Plus in Anderson, Indiana was an A+ visit, all the way around."

"The staff were incredibly nice. They went above and beyond to connect with me and my kiddo. We were traveling solo and she even gave me tips for staying safe with not sharing my room number out loud at the front desk. Very sweet! The eggs l had were a little iffy smelling but I have chickens at home so maybe I’m just not used to store bought eggs so I stayed away from those but the blueberry waffles were delicious. I would definitely come back. Thanks!"

"The place was great. Stayed here for a local family reunion. Would recommend. Desk Staff was very helpful when it came to check in, as I had an issue with my booking (my bad i booked the wrong month!). But she was very professional, understanding, and helpful to the situation. I was able to rebook, luckily they were not full to capacity. And I got a refund for the original booking a few days later. The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station.
