Tropical Midnight is designed to make Cartagena enjoyable both outside and inside the apartment. The living room, dining area and kitchen connect with a spacious balcony where the Caribbean Sea and Crespo become part of the view. It works just as well for breakfast before heading out, a few hours of remote work, time together as a family, or coming home and enjoying Cartagena from the 20th floor.

The apartment features 3 bedrooms with one double bed in each and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom includes air conditioning, a Smart TV and a small private balcony, while the other two bedrooms have windows and floor fans. The living room is also air-conditioned and includes a sofa bed that may be used as an alternative sleeping arrangement. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

The kitchen is integrated into the social area and equipped for comfortable multi-day stays with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, cookware and utensils. A private washer-dryer is also available, making the apartment especially convenient for families, work trips and longer stays.

By day, natural light, crisp whites and open views define the space. As evening arrives, the old-navy tones, wood details and warm lighting bring out the character behind Tropical Midnight: fresh, elegant and made for enjoying Cartagena beyond the usual tourist routine.

During your stay, the apartment is exclusively available to the registered guests. Initial access is provided through a digital lock with a one-time code, followed by an access card for everyday use. The same card activates the apartment’s electrical system when inserted into the card holder near the entrance, so guests should keep it with them throughout the stay.

Guests may also enjoy the building’s swimming pool and shared terrace, where seating is available for relaxing and watching the sunset. The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on Thursdays it opens at 12:00 noon, and it is closed on Mondays for maintenance. The building also offers a lobby, 24-hour reception and security, and three elevators.

There is no private parking assigned to the apartment. A monitored exterior bay is located in front of the building, and public parking options are available nearby subject to their own availability and conditions.

For security purposes, cameras are located only in the building’s common and access areas, including the reception/lobby, hallways and the exterior area immediately outside the apartment entrance. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment or in any private guest area.

We want you to have the freedom to enjoy Cartagena your own way while still knowing help is available when needed. The access system makes arrival straightforward, and once you are settled in, the apartment is entirely yours to enjoy in privacy.

Our team remains available through the reservation messaging channels for questions about the apartment, the building, access or practical recommendations during your stay. We also follow up after check-in to make sure everything is working properly and to resolve any issue before it affects your experience.

Communication is designed to be quick and useful, whether you need help with the access card, transportation, nearby beaches, restaurants or getting to the Old City. We are available when needed without interfering with your stay.

Tropical Midnight is located in Torices, a residential area undergoing continued urban development and offering convenient access to different parts of Cartagena without staying inside the busiest tourist districts. Marbella Beach is within comfortable walking distance, while the Old City, Getsemaní and the airport are easily reached by car. A minimarket operates on the ground floor of the building, with supermarkets, pharmacies and other everyday services available nearby.

When moving around Cartagena, we recommend using transportation apps whenever possible, particularly because they allow you to see an estimated fare before starting the trip. Travel times may vary depending on traffic.

Torices continues to develop, and construction activity currently takes place in the surrounding area, including the Iwani project. As a result, construction-related noise may occasionally be heard during daytime hours. We prefer to make this clear before booking, particularly for guests who are highly sensitive to daytime noise.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and main bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have windows and floor fans.

The apartment does not include private parking. However, there is a camera-monitored parking bay directly in front of the building, available subject to space, as well as two public parking facilities nearby if you prefer a dedicated parking option.

Tropical Midnight is intended for a peaceful stay and only guests registered on the reservation may enter. Outside visitors, parties, gatherings, pets and smoking are not allowed. Music should remain at a moderate volume out of respect for the building community.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Although a sofa bed is available in the living room, it is offered only as an alternative sleeping arrangement for the same registered guests and does not increase the apartment`s maximum capacity.

The access card is part of both the entry and electrical systems. Losing the card, or requiring assistance after leaving it inside the apartment, results in a COP 50,000 replacement/assistance charge.

Tropical Midnight is designed for guests who want to enjoy Cartagena in a comfortable, respectful and well-kept environment. These rules help protect the apartment, maintain a peaceful atmosphere in Torre 811 and ensure that all guests and residents can enjoy the building safely.

Please review them before booking. Violations of the house or building rules may result in charges of up to USD 250, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Guests are also responsible for any damage, loss or building penalty caused during their stay.

House Rules

* Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment. Outside visitors are not permitted at any time.

* No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings. Tropical Midnight is intended for tourism, work, relaxation and peaceful stays.

* No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balconies.

* Pets are not allowed.

* Music, television and conversations must remain at a moderate volume, especially during nighttime hours.

* The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 6 registered guests. The sofa bed provides an alternative sleeping arrangement and does not increase the maximum occupancy.

* Please take care of the furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, electronics, décor and all other items provided in the apartment.

* Do not move large furniture or make changes to the apartment without authorization.

* When leaving the apartment, please use the access card and follow the energy system correctly. Avoid leaving air conditioning, lights or unnecessary appliances operating while the apartment is unoccupied.

* Do not remove towels, linens, kitchenware, electronics or other apartment items from the property.

* Trash must be taken to the designated garbage room on the first floor. Do not leave garbage in hallways, elevators or other common areas.

* Do not throw any object, cigarette, liquid or trash from the balconies. Because the apartment is located on the 20th floor and wind conditions can be strong, avoid leaving unsecured objects on balconies that could fall and cause an accident.

* Any damage or missing item identified during or after the stay may be charged to the responsible guest.

Security Camera Rule

Security cameras are located only in authorized common and access areas, including the building reception, hallways and the exterior area immediately outside the apartment entrance. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in any private guest area.

Guests may not disconnect, unplug, cover, obstruct, move, damage, manipulate or otherwise interfere with any security camera or security device located outside the apartment or within the building’s common areas.

Any attempt to disable or interfere with a security system will be considered a serious violation of the property rules and may result in a penalty of up to USD 250, in addition to any repair or replacement costs.

Building Rules

* All guests must be registered before arrival and may be required to present valid identification at reception.

* Only the guests listed and approved on the reservation may enter Torre 811 for this stay.

* Minors must stay with their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another responsible adult, the appropriate written authorization and required documentation must be provided before arrival.

* Guests must respect the building’s common areas, residents, staff and security procedures at all times.

* The swimming pool is available Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Thursdays it opens at 12:00 noon. It is closed on Mondays for maintenance.

* Pool and terrace use is subject to the building administration’s safety rules and any temporary operational restrictions.
