Citrus Cove is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for up to 6 guests, designed around a fresh and comfortable tropical style. The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and its own balcony. The second and third bedrooms each have one semi-double bed, ceiling fans and windows for natural ventilation. The living room also includes a sofa bed, with bedding provided when it is needed as part of the reservation.

The social area connects the living room, dining area and open kitchen with island, creating a practical space for spending time together. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, tableware, glasses, wine glasses and knives. The apartment also has a washer/dryer, hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV in the living room.

One of Citrus Cove’s most enjoyable features is its connection with the outdoors. The apartment has two balconies: a larger one accessed from the living room and a second one connected to the main bedroom. From the 25th floor, you can enjoy open views toward the sea and Crespo while still having the comfort of a fully equipped apartment for short or longer stays.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and main bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 do not have air conditioning; instead, they have ceiling fans and windows. We describe this clearly so you can choose the space according to your comfort preferences.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Entry is through a digital lock, and you will receive a personal access code that remains active for the duration of your reservation. All registered guests must complete the building’s required entry process before arrival.

You will also have access to the building’s authorized common areas, including the adult and children’s pools, subject to the building’s schedules, maintenance days and administration rules. Torre 811 has a lobby, 24-hour security and three elevators serving the residential floors.

The apartment does not include a private parking space. There is a monitored communal parking bay subject to availability, as well as private parking options nearby. Because these spaces cannot be guaranteed in advance, guests arriving by car should consider this when planning their stay.

For security and building regulations, only guests registered as part of the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted.

Citrus Cove is designed to give you independence while still having support when you need it. Entry is self-service through the digital lock, so once your registration is complete you can arrive without coordinating a traditional key handover.

Our team remains available through the Airbnb chat before and during your stay for questions, recommendations or assistance related to the apartment. We respect your privacy and will not enter the property during your stay unless assistance is requested or there is an operational situation that requires it.

After check-in, we like to make sure everything is working as expected. If something does not feel right when you arrive, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help while you are still staying with us rather than discovering it after departure.

Citrus Cove is located in Torre 811 in Torices, a residential area of Cartagena with convenient access to the coast, Crespo, the airport and the Historic Center. The sea is within walking distance, although the apartment is not beachfront. During the day, nearby errands and short walks are practical; at night, because the neighborhood becomes quieter and more residential, we recommend using Uber, InDrive or a taxi for transportation.

There is a minimarket in the building and Ara and D1 supermarkets approximately a few blocks away. From the apartment’s balconies, the 25th-floor position provides open views toward the sea and Crespo, giving the property a coastal connection.

There is currently construction activity near the building, which may be noticeable during some daytime hours. This generally relates to daytime activity rather than nighttime rest, but we prefer to mention it in advance so guests can book with realistic expectations.

Please also note that Citrus Cove is a private apartment rather than a hotel. There is 24-hour building security, but services such as daily housekeeping, room service or hotel-style front desk assistance are not included. Parties, excessive noise, unregistered visitors and activities related to sex tourism are not permitted.
We want you to enjoy Citrus Cove comfortably while helping us protect the apartment, our neighbors, and the building’s shared spaces. These rules are part of the stay and apply to every guest included in the reservation.

Serious violations of the house or building rules may result in charges of **up to USD 250**, depending on the violation, in addition to the cost of any damages caused during the stay. In serious cases, the reservation may also be terminated according to Airbnb policies and building regulations.

## House Rules

* **No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings are allowed.**
* Please keep music, TVs and conversations at a reasonable volume, especially at night.
* **Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment.**
* Pets are not allowed.
* Only guests included and registered in the reservation may enter the apartment. **Unregistered visitors are not permitted.**
* The maximum occupancy is **6 guests** and may not be exceeded.
* The property may not be used for commercial sexual activity, sexual exploitation or sex tourism.
* Please take care of the furniture, décor, appliances, kitchenware, linens, towels and all other items provided in the apartment.
* Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from misuse of the property will be charged to the responsible guest.
* Do not remove towels, linens, kitchenware or other apartment items from the property.
* White towels are intended for use inside the apartment and should not be taken to the pool or outside the property when separate pool towels are provided.
* Do not move large furniture or make changes to the apartment layout without authorization.
* Please turn off the air conditioning, lights and unnecessary appliances when leaving the apartment.
* The sofa bed may be used when required by the reservation. Bedding will be provided for guests who need it.
* Please use the kitchen responsibly and avoid leaving grease, food or cooking residue that may cause damage or require excessive cleaning.
* Do not throw objects, liquids, cigarette butts or trash from the balconies.
* Do not hang wet clothes, towels or other items over balcony railings.
* Because Cartagena can experience strong winds, avoid leaving objects on the balconies that could fall and cause an accident.

## Building Rules

* All guests must be **registered before arrival** and may be required to present a valid identification document at the building entrance.
* Access bracelets, codes and other building access elements must be used responsibly and may not be transferred to other people.
* The pools and other authorized common areas are subject to the schedules, maintenance closures and rules established by the building administration.
* Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult in the apartment, balconies, elevators, pools and common areas.
* Please respect neighbors and building staff at all times.
* Excessive noise, disruptive behavior or conduct that affects other residents may result in intervention by building security.
* Guests are responsible for fines or penalties imposed by the building when they result directly from a violation committed during their stay.
* Any serious breach of building security or house rules may result in a charge of **up to USD 250**, depending on the nature of the violation, without excluding additional charges for damages.

## Security Cameras

For the safety of residents and guests, **security cameras are used in the building’s common areas and access points** as part of the building’s security system. They are intended for security and access control purposes.

**There are no security cameras inside the private living areas of the apartment.**

## Children & Protection of Minors

Minors must stay under the responsibility and supervision of their parents or legally authorized guardians. A minor traveling without their parents may be required to provide the documentation or written authorization requested by Colombian regulations and the building’s registration procedures.

Citrus Cove has a **zero-tolerance policy toward the sexual exploitation, abuse or commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents**. Any suspicious or prohibited activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in immediate termination of the stay.
