The space
The property has three rooms:

- First room: It has a double bed, a half bed, private bathroom and a direct view to the sea.
- Second room: equipped with a double bed and private bathroom
- Third room: includes a bunk bed with single beds and a semi-double bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils.

Common and additional areas:

- Balcony with direct ocean views.
- On the third floor, there is a viewpoint/terrace, which includes bathroom and furniture suitable for meetings,
meals or sunbathing. This area is for common use (not private).

The property has Wi-Fi internet connection in all areas and free Netflix access on the TVs.
Guest access
The guests will be able to enjoy the second floor and the terrace located on the third floor, which is a common area.
Other things to note
During the one-way transfer, from the beach of Castillogrande to the island of Tierra Bomba, we will take care of all the necessary arrangements and offer accompaniment from the meeting point to the accommodation. By formality a simple contract with the guest and a small inventory will be signed.
