"We have stayed at the villa rose and Jackson’s multiple times. We got at least 6-7 times per year. Staff are always warm welcoming and go out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The food in the forge bar is excellent both for adults and kids. "We couldn't get the coffee machine to work in our room and a member of staff came within a couple of minutes and sorted it for us. The room was spotless and lovely and warm. "We came for my husband’s birthday with our one year old son. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were brilliant. My son has wheat allergies and the chef serving breakfast noticed me pick up a GF cereal for him, and then offered other GF items including bread and sausages. The next morning when we came down for breakfast, as soon as she saw us she went and made him some more sausages! It was the nicest hotel breakfast we have had in ages. My husband who doesn’t usually eat or enjoy breakfast...
