I am diabetic and need to inject daily and the medication needs to be refrigerated, was offered that the medication be kept on the kitchen and the kitchen staff took care of it because the fridge in the room may not work. "Fantastic staff who were attentive from the moment you arrived to departure. The concierge was also excellent with some great recommendations. The roof top bar was fabulous with views to the palace and the cathedral. The only negative was the price of the hotel breakfast but there are plenty of fabulous spots to go outside the hotel . This is a truly fabulous hotel but what sets it apart is its staff. "
