On the main level: living room and master bedroom with shower room and on the new lower: 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom.

The accommodation
Arriving at the private parking area, you go down a few steps and arrive at the garden level, you enter the main level with living room, kitchen, master bedroom with its bathroom, go down to the lower level and you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms and a very large bathroom, access to a large covered terrace, swimming pool and petanque court.access to a large semi-covered terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, dining table.
Enjoy all your meals and aperitifs on the large semi-covered terrace adjoining the living space, a good glass of chilled wine enjoyed while contemplating the sea!

From this level, or through the garden or the living room, you will have access to a second large terrace with the secure swimming pool area, a second garden furniture, a game area with ping pong table, basketball hoop, petanque court. A haven of peace!

You can access the city center (3 minutes by car, 12 minutes on foot), the port/beach peno (6min by car, 25 min walk).

Quick access to the amazing Almanarre beach (15 minutes by car)

Our house is our haven with our family, we have 2 young teenagers, you will enjoy their spaces/books and games with pleasure!


We are animal lovers, we even have a golden retriever with whom we love to go on holiday! That's why we decided to welcome our guests with their pets.
We will be happy to give you information about where to go for a walk with your pet or even swim!
