property with a well apointed kitchen including all your basic cooking

supplies, dishes, utensils and more! Now you can enjoy meals in a home like

atmosphere or go out. Your choice.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the home may sleep up to 6. It has a king

bed, a queen bed and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Beds are

ready for you to fall into after a day in the sun with linens and towels; the

additional sleeper sofa linens and towels may be added for an extra fee or you

may bring your own. This second-floor end unit has breath taking panoramic

views of the ocean! Tons of outdoor space with two decks including a patio set

for viewing the ocean activities. Complimentary Wi-Fi included to keep you

connected - (Only if you want to be of course!)

Located just outside of this unit is one of the best surf spots on the island!

Great for surfing, kite surfing and boogie boarding or perhaps just lounging

on the beach watching the waves! This unit is a part of the Sun Skipper

Complex which allows you access to a pool which is located just across the

street from Sand Fiddler Sunrise! Parking for 2 cars with parking passes.

Just a short distance (Less than a mile) to downtown Carolina Beach where you

will find restaurants, shopping, and the oceanfront boardwalk. Lose yourself

in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake,

exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington

and seeing all that the Port City has available. There's activity on The

Island year-round!
