Classic log cabin on flat lot with two car garage located in beautiful North Lake Tahoe, CA. This 4BD/2BA vacation rental property is perfect for larger families or a couples weekend in the woods. Single level property with wide hallways make life easier for all age groups as well as those with wheelchair needs. Cozy furnishings, mountain décor and a gas fireplace in the living area provide the sierra charm many visitors are looking for during their Lake Tahoe vacation. The setting is perfect for cuddling up on cold winter nights.



This cabin recently underwent a backyard facelift which includes a new deck and brand new hot tub. There is also a new Tesla Charger in the garage for guests to use.



Agate Bay is conveniently located near all major ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, beaches and offers an array of outdoor activities. The surrounding areas are known for great mountain biking, skiing, hiking and beautiful scenery.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed wireless internet, cable, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Impotant:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
