Contemporary Retreat With Fantastic Castle Views

Lloret is a delightful 3 bedroom detached bungalow centrally located in an elevated position to take advantage of the estuary views, and a short downhill walk into the town with its shops, restaurants and pubs. Laugharne is famous for its castle and the home of the poet Dylan Thomas.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, one large double room, one smaller double room and a room with an adult bunk bed. All bedrooms have ample storage with wardrobes and cupboards.

Living spaces
The open plan lounge contains the dining area with seating for 6, a large TV with Freeview, and a good selection of family games with comfortable seating. The patio doors open up the patio/balcony and seating area with a hot tub.

Kitchen
The modern open plan kitchen to dining room is well equipped, with electric range style oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms:- one with a bath with shower over, wash basin and a other with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Utility Room
An additional space ideal for shoes, wellies, coats and empty luggage, access to the utility room is externally off the patio.

Outside area/Garden
There is a patio area surrounding the outside of the property with seating at the front of the property to soak up the sun and views, this area also contains the 4 person hot tub. (CLOSED FROM NOV 2025 to 13th FEB 2026)
At the rear side of the property there is also a raised lawned area via steps with seating.

Carpark
The private driveway next to the property has enough space for 2 cars.

Other things to note:
-The hot tub takes 12 hours to fully heat - it might not be up to its desired temperature on your first night stay of your stay during peak summer times due to same day changeovers and refill of tub on the same day (CLOSED FROM NOV 2025 to 13th FEB 2026)
-The property is pet friendly however please note the outside areas are not enclosed. Pet fee per stay -1 Dog - £25
-Limited phone service for Vodafone and O2 within the Laugharne area
-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

Amazing welcome we Loved our stay , really comfortable, lovely place to stay , fab views, immaculately clean , beautiful accommodation and amazing hot tub , We bumped into the hosts in the village and they were really friendly . We’ve already booked to stay again. 5* looking forward to returning next year for hubby’s birthday thank you so very much xx

Our stay was very nice to have some relaxing down time with family the weather was very kind to us although the forecast was poor the bungalow was very clean plenty of kitchen utensils for those who wish to cook fantastic views of the castle and estuary there are some very nice places to eat in the village. The only thing we couldn’t find was a mop as one day it had rained so you can mop the floor and it mentioned that there was a dryer in the utility?? One other thing as it took us over four hours to get from the Midlands we didn’t have a problem getting in at 4pm but we all thought to make sure we were packed and left the house as we found it 10am check out is a little early we didn’t even have time for breakfast before our long journey 12pm would have been more convenient and less stressful

Amazing Views

Great property with amazing views. The property was well maintained and very clean. Great location for access to Saundersfoot and Tenby. I will definitely visit this property again and recommend it to family and friends.

Laugharn panorama

Hillside location with wonderful view of river Towy estuary. Property is immaculately and comfortably presented with every facility for four adults and two children.
