A Wave from it All Toes-in-the-sand

Welcome to “A Wave from It All,” a beautifully designed 2-bedroom beachfront condo in Sea Slope Estates, offering coastal elegance in a small, quiet complex with direct beach access just steps away. Located in the heart of Carlsbad Village, this home features two living rooms, a private patio, and an ocean-view balcony, all designed for relaxing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafés. The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a king primary suite (en-suite bath with walk-in shower), a queen bedroom (en-suite bath with tub/shower combo), and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and included beach gear such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Additional details include one reserved parking space, electronic lock entry, and check-in at 4 PM with check-out at 10 AM. Please note there is no central A/C, heat, or fireplace—cooling is provided by ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and a portable fan, with radiant heaters available for cooler nights.​​​​​​​

The unit was beautiful with direct access to the beach. It was well stocked and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the train station if you want to go to San Diego for the day. The views and sunsets were breathtaking! Loved sitting on the lower patio and walking the beach!

Perfect location and great property overall!

Everything was great. We loved the location and being able to walk out onto the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. It was exactly what we were looking for! We will be booking this property again when we come back to Carlsbad

We have stayed in Carlsbad Village the last 4 years and this was our first stay in this particular home. We all agree that this stay was overall the best as far as communication, hospitality, and ease of check in. Not to mention, Casago goes above and beyond to personalize your stay. We absolutely loved the location being right on the beach. When you have small children, location is key. We definitely plan to return and hopefully have the opportunity to stay in the same unit. Thank you Casago for a great family vacation!

Amazing Beachfront Stay!

This rental was everything we hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, making it so easy to step outside and enjoy the sand. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and incredible ocean views. It’s also conveniently close to great restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The property was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and even had beach gear like chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the property managers was seamless.A couple of small things to note—the designated parking spot is tight and up against a wall, so we found it easier to use the permit for the upstairs lot. Also, the showers have plugs on the drains, which need to stay closed to prevent any odor. Neither issue impacted our stay, and we would absolutely return.

Fantastic Location and Great Support

We really enjoyed our two-night stay in February 2025. The kitchen is well-stocked and the view is gorgeous. Extremely responsive hosts. It was a little pricey for two people, but we would stay here again.

We Love Carlsbad

Perfect location, near our favorite restaurants, the beach, downtown, train station (round trip to Old Town in San Diego), etc. Property manager bent over backwards to help out when the clothes dryer didn't work. Rental fit our needs and was well-equipped. Highly recommend and will return.

Wonderful beachfront vacation spot!

Immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and best of all right on the beautiful Carlsbad swimming beach where it’s flat and open, and within easy walking to the village areas. Pictures are very accurate. Lots of stairs! Nce to have off street parking there even though tight. Excellent, attentive, helpful hosts. We definitely would book again!

Perfect location, clean, spacious for family of 5, upper level view like your floating in waves. Lower level view crashing waves, easy access to beach, large sofa for movie nights, this is our second time at this property. No complains.

Too Good to be True

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was far more comfortable than a hotel and right on the beach! It had just about everything you could possibly need, including toiletries, heaters/fans for all of the bedrooms, and beach gear. The area is quiet but also within walking distance of Carlsbad Main Street.

great getaway

very relaxing, beautiful views, nice comfy condo, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Everything worked like a charm except for the front door automatic keylock. However, even that problem (which the owner is now fixing) had a work around. We would definitely stay here again.
