Stylish Coastal retreat

Our place is a bright and open 3 bedroom bungalow for 2 - 8 people, with three bathrooms and a large open plan living room and kitchen area which opens onto the private deck overlooking the garden, beach and village. Two of the bedrooms are double ensuite rooms, and the third bedroom can be configured with 2, 3 or 4 single beds, or a double bed, or a double and single. A private gated car park can take up to 3 cars comfortably.

Amazing property

This is an amazing property overlooking the sea. It is very modern, light and airy and has an incredibly calm vibe. The deck is perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and is incredibly private due to the positioning of trees to the left and right and below the property. We enjoyed the space that the property provides internally, and it is very well equipped. The beds were ultra comfortable and we saw this was because there were Simba mattresses on 2 of the beds. Plenty parking for 3 cars. We found so many places to visit in the area as well as good places to eat out close by. We took our dog with us and he reallly enjoyed wandering about on the deck. And yes I agree with another review that below the property, the garden is steep, however there is a piece of grass by the side door which was more than adequate and safe for the dog to do what he needed to do. I would highly recommend this property - it’s of high spec, set in a beautiful part of the world and the owner was great in responding quickly to all queries we had prior to booking.

Fantastic House and View

We (family of four) loved every minute of our one week stay at this house in Tresaith! The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the view from the back deck was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Inaccessible garden

The property was fine but the garden was inaccessible to us being very steep we couldn't let our dog off as it didn't look secure or even take it down on a lead as we didn't want to attempt to get down there. Also the balcony being open at one end to the front was not secure to let dog out there offlead. As it rained every day we were not able to use it much but had to keep dog on a lead. I think this should be mentioned in the description.

Amazing views

Wow what a place!! Having stayed in holiday rentals across Britain I can honestly say this has been one of the best. We loved our stay here from 10th -17th Sept 2023. The views are to die for and we saw dolphins in the bay 4 days of our stay! It’s so close to the beach which is beautiful and clean and the pub is also on your door step! The house has huge outdoor deck which is great for relaxing on. House it’s self is huge very clean and probably one of the most well appointed houses we have stayed in kitchen has everything you could possibly need including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The beds are huge very comfortable great sleep every night waking up to sea views every morning! Can’t wait to go back

Fabulous view!

We had a lovely relaxing week staying at this property. The view is fabulous of the sea and the terrace is perfect to sit and admire it. The furnishings within the property are of a very good standard. Only slight criticism is the very noisy boiler! Not sure if it needs servicing.

Hidden sea view gem! ⭐️⭐️

We absolutely love staying here at Brynrhedyn- and honestly can’t believe we’ve found it! The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the gorgeous beaches especially Penbryn are beautiful! The property itself is spotless, spacious and- with every room including the bedrooms looking out to sea- what more could you ask for! Beautiful coastal walks, stunning beach and cliff top scenery, The ship inn at your doorstep, plus Al is an attentive and super helpful host - we will return again and again! Thankyou! 😊😎

Brynrhedyn Stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Brynrhedyn. The bungalow was immaculate and to a very high standard. Very well catered for, there wasn't anything we went without in the way of washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron etc. Our family's age ranges were from 3 to 60 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A folder was available in the bungalow recommending local sites and places to visit which was very helpful. Beautiful sea/beach view from the accommodation and literally a few minutes away. Really couldn't fault it at all. I have recommended it to family and friends and have already looked into booking again. We were all upset to have to come home and wished we could have stayed for longer. FabUlous!

Excellent, even in the wet Welsh weather

Lovely few days in Tresaith. Some great walks (short and long) from the house. And if it’s raining and you can’t be bothered to venture far, then the few minutes to the pub followed by an afternoon looking at the view from house is not to be missed. If you want a place to relax and recharge this is it.

Lovely family stay with amazing views

Amazing high-end property 5 minutes from the beach. We went mid-winter and it was a perfect getaway with amazing views. The property had a cot and highchair which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. Great location with water view and distant sound of the surf. Love the use of skylights and mostly glass towards the ocean side, which optimizes the views and has a winter garden feeling, even on a rainy day. The kitchen was well equipped, including some condiments and beds were comfortable. All is recommendable.

The ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday

The location of the bungalow is ideal, lovely neighbourhood very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bungalow has exceptional views overlooking the bay, with a lovely walk to the beach and local tavern (lovely food) and a warm welcome. The bungalow is welcoming, bright and spacious, very modern with every amenity available. The views are outstanding from every angle. What is not to like about this place.

Lovely house

Lovely property and enjoyed our stay in Tresaith. Couple of things could have made the stay even better...more comfortable seating for the decking area; some cutting back of the trees in the garden to provide a better view of the sea. The house on the whole is lovely. We were disappointed that one of the en-suite bathrooms was out of use. Owner very responsive to questions prior to arrival.

Downside

Lovely property only downside was garden not secure for dog and front gate to road. All it needs is some chicken wire on bottom of gate. All beds should have been made up and not just assumed who people would be sleeping with in certain rooms. Overall we loved it and would visit again.

Peace perfect peace

A truly beautiful home to stay in to enjoy the small villages along this stretch of coast. Short - but steep! - walk to the beach, pub and coastal path. Loved it.

Lovely Break with the family

My husband, daughters, their partners, our dogs and myself had a wonderful time at this property. The view is stunning and we loved been able to sit out on the deck looking out to sea. The bungalow is comfortable and finished to a high standard with every need catered for. We used the property as a base to explore Cardigan Bay and had particularly enjoyable days in St David’s, Newport Sands and New Quay. We would highly recommend this bungalow as a great place to stay whether you want to relax, enjoy days out or walk some of the coastal paths.

Lovely cottage

The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard, very clean/comfortable and everything needed for a relaxing break. There are quality furnishings/fixtures throughout and especially good kitchen utensils. Good sea views from within the cottage or from balcony, this is an excellent base to explore the beautiful West Wales coastline. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and responded to any queries very quickly.

Fantastic Property in a Great Location

Great weekend stay, weather helped as the balcony and views from the back of the property were amazing. Great sea view. All the bedrooms had a view. Good centre location for visiting other small towns in the area, Local pub/eatery just a walk down the hill. Great dog friendly beach also.
