The location and private car park was good especially as we were there for the University. Access to city centre and Bute park was great….But thats about it. The place could do with a touch of paint, and revamp, new carpet as numerous stain… mattress lopsided and not comfy. It needs TLC and bring it up to standard. The photos does not reflect its current state. Lots of spiders crawling around..😓. Also which freaked out my family ..

Overall was exactly what we needed a base for few days. Needs a bit of TLC. Huge plus having parking and walking distance to city centre.

The property was clean, could to with a bit of a tidy as the sofa had stains on it and some of the light fitting were broken. No frying pan in the property and the front door was difficult to close. Also the shower curtain was mouldy. The property served its purpose and was well located for the city.

I was staying for a course I was attending for a week, and this was absolutely perfect for my needs. It was clean, comfy, and had great facilities. Parking was right outside the door.

Clean and convenient

Clean and well laid out flat. Good parking. Easy to access. Beds not the most comfy but really clean and plenty of pollows, clean towels and definitely a place I'd come back to.

I stayed at Thesiger 4 with my family, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent. It was close to many shops and attractions, making it easy for us to get around and explore. Communication with the property host was great from start to finish. They explained everything clearly through messages and were always quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. The property itself was in good condition, and my favorite part was definitely the kitchen. The host was very generous with what was provided. A few of the things provided were mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, a microwave, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, and more. It made our stay much more convenient and comfortable. There were, however, a couple of downsides. The mattresses on the single beds were not very comfortable, and since the fan wasn’t working on this hot night, the room became quite hot. This was made worse because the Velux window couldn’t be opened, making it a bit difficult to sleep. I also noticed a few cobwebs and spiders around the house. Despite these minor issues, this was still an absolutely amazing property, and I’m grateful to the host for making our stay enjoyable. Thank you.
