This apartment is located in a two-story villa within a beautiful, very quiet, and residential complex, just 5 minutes from Maddalena Beach and 10 minutes from Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches in the Pula, Santa Margherita, and Chia areas. We’re also close to the historic center of Cagliari, home to all the historic monuments and the beautiful port of Cagliari, as well as shopping streets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and all the other attractions that define the city.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and two beautiful verandas.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood with many amenities available, including a grocery store, bars, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a pharmacy, and many other services.

The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, as the well-organized Maddalena Beach is nearby, featuring both public and private sections with small bars. However, in just 10–15 minutes by car or by public bus, you can reach Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, such as Nora, Pula, Santa Margherita, Chia, Tueredda, and many others. We’re located near the center of Cagliari, just a 10-minute drive or 15–20 minutes by bus. In the harbor area, you can explore the most beautiful parts of Cagliari, including the historic center with its various shopping streets, surrounded by plenty of pubs, pizzerias, and restaurants.

Everything is accessible by public transportation or by car in 10 minutes.

To best explore the city and Sardinia’s most beautiful coastlines without being tied to public transportation, we recommend renting a car to enjoy greater freedom and independence.
