Villa Sterlizia, consisting of two apartments, is surrounded by the lush nature of Elba, in the village of Lacona. The Arancio apartment, located on the ground floor, offers you a cosy living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to five people and features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot (on request) and a high chair (on request). Outside, you will find a private, comfortably furnished area and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, while children can have fun in the shared garden. The villa boasts an ideal location: a supermarket can be reached in just five minutes on foot, and restaurants, bars and cafés are available within a ten-minute walk. The beautiful sandy beach of Lacona is only 400 metres away and can be easily reached on foot.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels can be provided on site for an extra fee. A discount on the ferry ticket is offered after booking.
