This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I could only get a connection while standing on the balcony.
On the second day, the beds appeared to have been cleaned, but the pillows were left on the floor. I had to pick them up myself and put them in the cabinet. The Wi-Fi still required connecting to another room’s network ID to work, although it was slightly more stable than on the first day.
On the third day, the Wi-Fi issue was finally fixed. However, all the pillows were placed back on the beds, and it was impossible to tell which ones were clean and which ones had been left on the floor.
On the day one,I filed a complaint through the booking platform and requested to shorten my stay by one day. The platform replied that the hotel would contact me to discuss it. However, on the second day, I received a direct response saying there was no room for negotiation, with no apology or compensation offered.
I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking this hotel. Lower your expectations and do not expect service
