Late Winter Early Spring Discounted Rates

We are providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting services.

Newer construction on the historic and tree lined alley of Page Street in the heart of Cape May. Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, churches, gourmet restaurants, Washington Street Mall, adjacent to the Cape May Day Spa, off street parking, 52" flat screen TV in living room, 1,400 square feet of living space with a 300 square feet outdoor living room porch, gourmet kitchen, ceiling fans in all rooms, outdoor shower, complimentary beach box filled with beach chairs and located on a horse & carriage route. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, large private bathroom with double sinks and private, Juliet balcony. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed with a twin size trundle, private bathroom and private walk out balcony. Bedroom 3 contains a full over full bunk bed and a full hallway bathroom with a tub. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and 42" HDTV. Rental includes professional cleaning before check in and on-call professional property management service and free WI-FI. This home can be rented in tandem with the sister houses VRBO #238637 & VRBO #2367192.

In walking distance to the Cape May Christmas parade.

Linens (sheets, pillowcases, wash cloths, towels) are not included. Pillows and bed comforters are provided. Linens may be rented by local linen companies.

Beautiful house

Great house in a great location. Only downside was having to bring own sheets and towels. Weren't even bath mats which wasn't thought of bring. Seems very odd for a rental house to not provide that / charge extra to rent. Additionally the vents in primary bath looked moldy, and the water filter in fridge as well did not look clean.

wonderful stay, hope to return!

we had a wonderful weekend stay in this house. the house itself is beautiful, very well-decorated, and impeccably clean. check-in process was very easy. great location, super close to the town and beach and on a very cute, quiet street. the owner was very helpful and attentive. we definitely recommend this property and hope to get to stay here again soon!

As accurately described in listing , perfect for families. Short 6 block walk to shops and restaurants. Short walk to beach as well. Great location and house was clean and well appointed without clutter. 2nd time staying with this host and would highly recommend this house or the corner beach house adjacent to this property.

Wonderful!

Our female family members (6) celebrated a 30th and 50th birthdays at this lovely cape may home. Loved the open space to share good times and the porch to enjoy meals and relaxing time. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Cape May Family Beach Fun

We had a very nice time in Marc’s comfortable Cape May beach house. We walked almost everywhere in this lovely, quintessential NJ beach town. Marc was highly responsive. Enjoying the house at the end of the busy summer season, we noticed the drain in the main shower was running very slow and backing up.As soon as we reported this to Marc, he came over and cleaned out the drain, which entirely fixed the issue.Two small caveats: the ice maker couldn’t keep up with need for ice for six adults, although I think Marc will check into making any necessary adjustments on the unit before next summer. Also, the plants bordering the parking space beside the house make that space very tight. All in all, it’s a lovely house, and Marc is a terrific host.

Cape May beach house

Charming home on a beautiful quiet street. Close to beach and shopping mall. Nice to have access to beach box with chairs. Enjoyed seeing the Victorian homes in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

This was a very well furnished house both in terms of furniture and kitchen items. Location is great, a quiet street but very close to everything. Minor issues were with the lack of thoroughness of the cleaning company.

Awesome property

We had a great stay at this property. The house was newly renovated and very clean; we felt very comfortable with our family and appreciated the fact that the house is on a quiet, one-way street where our son could ride his bike. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We hope to stay again next year.

Awesome Family House!

We celebrated my niece's wedding in Cape May and the house was perfect for a family of 6...not too big, not too small! The kitchen was awesome - great appliances, porch was fun to hang out on, beds were comfortable too. Only advice is to bring your own towels. LinenLadies are great for sheets, but their towels a quite thin...

The house was ideal for our family - it is beautifully appointed and very well situated in downtown Cape May. And the dealings with Marc (the owner) were clear and very timely. Highly recommend!
