AMAZING LOCATION! 4 blocks to Beach and Washington Street Mall!

This house is all about location. It is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bath first floor unit is perfect for your family vacation to the popular beach town of Cape May. It screams charm and convenience. This home is only few blocks from Cape May's award winning beaches and a block from many delicious eateries and shops. It is also in short walking distance to the famous Congress Hall and Washington St Mall. Cape May has so much to offer! And we offer beach chairs and beach tags.

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the back patio. Take a bike ride to the light house. Come home after a day at the beach and BBQ in the private back yard or cook your favorite meal in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Sit out back and enjoy a quiet evening under the stars. Go out for a night on the town. Listen to live music at many of the local establishments. You can see a show at Cape May Stage or enjoy one of the many events at Congress Hall. The options are endless. Don't forget about the West Cape May Farmers Market every Tuesday night or Yoga at Cove Beach every morning which are just a few of the weekly events happening!

Cape May was recognized by the Travel Channel as one of America's top 10 beaches. Walk the town and enjoy the beautiful Victorian architecture. Visit one of the local Wineries (Cape May Winery, Willow Creek Winery, Hawk Haven, or Turdo), Cape May Brewery, Cold Springs Brewery, Behr Brewing or the Cape May Distillery for the day. Take a famous horse & carriage ride. Visit the Cape May Bird Observatory. Go to the Cape May Zoo. Search for Cape May Diamonds at Sunset Beach. Visit the Light house. Go dolphin and whale watching. You can do all of this and more when you vacation at our home in Cape May.

** We do permit small dogs for a non refundable pet fee. You must disclose this when requesting to rent the property. There is an option to select a pet as well. Failure to disclose will result is the loss of your security deposit.

The location is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. However, we had a family above us with small children and you heard them jumping and running until late at night. Was very disturbing. We contacted the host but no improvement was made after our complaint.

Noise level

The home was lovely & clean. Great location. But the people upstairs had younger children that just kept running back & forth. It was a lot of noise. They also weren’t aware of the parking situation. Perhaps if the upstairs was carpeted it would cut down on noise.

Great Location

We traveled to Cape May for a girls weekend. The house is well maintained and had plenty of room for sleeping and socializing. We loved the outdoor space, too. Easy walking distance to Washington Square Mall, Congress Hall and bars/restaurants. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Wpild definitely stay again!

Will book again

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and everyone loved it. Location was perfect, good walking distance from anything we could really need. Back patio/bar area was cute, enough bedrooms for 7 of us.. kitchen was great for our brunch and relaxing after a day at the beach. Dryer was helpful for towels and place was clean. Easy check-in and first floor worked for us. Will book again.

Really good place to stay!

Great location and a nice place to stay with family. With a few minor adjustments my family and I would have been extremely satisfied but we loved that there was excellent restaurants just at the corner.. makes it easy when traveling with little ones. And although the Washington St Mall & beach are a 10 minute walk away, with good company goes by in a breeze.

Great Location

We just got home from our week in the 1st floor of this 2 family house. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Easy walking to everything. Our dog was comfortable too! Only downside is the upstairs has very little noise insulation so you hear whoever is upstairs walking/playing.

Cape May Review

Other than wishing the property was closer to the beach, the property is great. My biggest complaint is that the outdoor seating is extremely uncomfortable and in poor shape as the seats are very rusted. The only other small complaint is that we wish in master bedroom that the one curtain was darker to keep the light out. Overall great property!

Cue apartment, ground level. 3 decent bedrooms. 2 bathrooms which made it helpful. Overall a reasonable stay for the price. Renters must supply own linen and towels though. Renie from Linen Ladies service was most helpful!

We stayed here for a long weekend in the off-season when my son graduated from Coast Guard basic training. This house is very well set up for a large group. It is well furnished & comfortable.

Short Christmas visit in Cape May

The property was for the most part as advertised and located only a few blocks from shopping and the beach. However, we were expecting a single family house and were not aware it was the downstairs of a duplex( which was quite noisy as people above walked around). Additionally, i realize this is predominantly a summer rental, but listing showed a fireplace and since we were down for Christmas we planned to have a fire. Unfortunately when we arrived, a note on fridge indicated the fireplace was not a working fireplace, so i think it should not be listed as having a fireplace if it cannot be used. i gave only 3 stars for neighborhood as the front road looked to be under temporary construction and was basically a dirt road. Other than that, location and neighborhood were good.

Girls Getaway

It was a weekend for 5 friends that was fun from the time we got into our cars in PA 'til we parked our cars at the house and entered through the door. We found it very clean and comfortable. It suited our needs for our time away. The owners were very helpful in answering questions we had prior to us checking in. The area had many great things to offer us from wonderful dining and wine tastings, to exploring the beach and other attractions. We all enjoyed the friendly atmosphere wherever we found ourselves. We will definitely be back to the area, and possibly renting this location again. :)
